Q: How soon after the clean can I use my oven? A: Immediately. There are no fumes and you can use your appliance straight away after the cleaning is complete. Q: How often should I have my oven cleaned? A: Ideally once every six months but if not, certainly once a year. This will keep your appliance in its best working condition with more efficient energy usage and lower running cost. Q: How can I book a specialist oven clean? A: We can be contacted on either of the telephone numbers provided on our contact page or you can also send an email directly from that page. If we are not immediately available we are most likely cleaning someone's oven. Please leave us a message and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We can then arrange an appointment at a time that best suits you.

Q: Why use Duchy Oven Clean? A: Cleaning an oven is an unpleasant job. LET US DO THE JOB YOU HATE. We have the technique and knowledge to deep clean all parts of your oven. Standard cleaning products and shop bought cleaners are mostly caustic and create toxic fumes. If used incorrectly, they can cause damage to the chrome racking and enamel surface areas of your appliance. The results are frequently less than satisfactory, especially when you have spent some time bent over with your head in the oven! Q: Is the process safe? A: Completely. Our cleaning products are entirely non toxic, non caustic and biodegradable. We do not use harmful sprays or chemicals. Our products are specially formulated to work with our customised vehicle based dip tanks and with the protection of the environment in mind. Your oven is left looking as good as new and at the fraction of the cost of a new oven. Q: How long will the clean take? A: The whole process can take between 1-4 hours depending on the size of the appliance and obviously its condition. We can let you know more precisely when we have contact with you and better still when we are at your property where we can see the amount of time needed to restore your appliance.
